Gale made this lovely batik lap quilt with charm squares and batik sashings using only quality quilt shop materials.  The backing is brightly colored leaf batik with no seams.
 

The rich and bright colors make me think of the Caribbean Sea, the blues and greens look like the water and the yellows, oranges, and greens, make me think of the sunset.
